Barnes & Thornburg Adds Corporate Partner Joseph R. Morrison

Joseph R. Morrison Jr. has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the corporate department in the Southeast Michigan office, the firm said Monday.

Morrison advises on technology and intellectual property licensing, venture and institutional financing rounds, governance matters, and employment and real estate issues, according to Barnes & Thornburg.

He also serves as outside general counsel for entrepreneurs, investors, and high-growth companies, said the firm.
