Barnes & Thornburg Adds Corporate Partner Cristea in NY, Raleigh

Laurian Cristea has joined Barnes & Thornburg as a partner in the corporate department in New York and Raleigh, N.C., the firm said Tuesday.

Cristea focuses on financial services regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters, according to Barnes & Thornburg.

He served as chief legal officer and secretary at a well-regulated exchange group focused on digital asset infrastructure as well as an attorney for the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission, London Clearing House, and NYSE Euronext.
