Barnes & Noble Education Appoints Christopher Neumann as GC

Christopher Neumann joined Barnes & Noble Education as general counsel and corporate secretary, the company announced Thursday. Gary Luster joined as chief accounting officer.

Neumann joins from Six Flags, where he served as general counsel and led the company’s legal and corporate governance functions, including through Six Flags’ $8 billion merger with Cedar Fair.
