Landlords of bankrupt 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide Inc. asked a judge to compel the company to “share the pain” and pay some portion of its rent due.
The gym operator’s request to extend all lease obligations for at least 60 days after its bankruptcy filingis excessive, according to objections from at least 13 individual or groups of landlords filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
