Bancor DAO Defaults in Asset Safety Lawsuit, Allowing Appeal

Cryptocurrency investors obtained an entry of default against Bancor DAO, an organization that runs the Bancor digital asset exchange, on claims that the platform “suspended” its promised protection of their assets.

The order of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, issued Thursday, clears the way for the investors to appeal the dismissal of claims against Bancor’s founders and related entities.
