Beth Ann Lennon joinedBallard Spahr’s Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Group as partner in the firm’s Denver and Portland, Ore. offices, the firm announced Monday.
Lennon divides her practice evenly between employment counseling and litigation, assisting clients with employment law needs. She regularly advises on policies and contracts, and provides guidance and representation in agency actions and litigation throughout the country, the firm said.
Lennon was most recently at Venable, according to her LinkedIn profile.
