Jill Parks joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in its real estate department and real estate development and transactions and zoning and land use teams in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Parks represents developers, investors, and companies in land planning, zoning, and development. She advises clients from site selection through diligence, contract negotiation, entitlements, site plan review, easements, zoning amendments, and dispositions, the firm said.
Samantha Steketee also joined the firm as a senior land use planner. They join from Hunton Andrews Kurth.
