Christopher Wyant joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in its litigation department and antitrust and competition group in Seattle, the firm announced Monday.
Wyant represents defendants in multidistrict price-fixing cases brought by class plaintiffs, direct-action plaintiffs, and attorneys general and both plaintiffs and defendants in monopolization cases. He also advises clients facing government investigations and counsels on antitrust compliance, the firm said.
He joins from K&L Gates.
