Andrew Lee joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in its litigation department and antitrust and competition group in Washington, D.C., the firm announced June 10.
Lee’s practice focuses on antitrust, commercial litigation, product liability, and consumer protection law. He provides counseling on complex business disputes, mass tort defense, trade secrets, labor and employment, and cross-border trade matters, and has handled matters within the semiconductor, automotive, lithium-ion battery, energy, transportation, and consumer/medical products sectors, the firm said.
