Ballard Spahr Drafts White Collar Defense Litigator Cohen in NY

Celia Cohen has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in the litigation department and white collar defense and internal investigations group in New York, the firm said Monday.

Cohen formerly served as in-house counsel at JPMorgan Chase, where she was the head of internal investigations within the government, investigations, and regulatory enforcement group, Ballard Spahr said. She has also served an assistant US attorney in the Eastern District of New York, according to Ballard Spahr.

She focuses on regulatory compliance, white collar defense, and internal and government investigations, representing financial institutions and business technology companies, according to the firm.
