Ballard Spahr Adds Kristen Broz as Washington Antitrust Partner

Kristen Broz joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in its litigation department and antitrust and competition group in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Broz litigates cases in federal and state courts, as well as before federal agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, the International Trade Commission, and the Boards of Contract Appeals, the firm said. She represents clients in the technology, gaming, health care, construction, payment card, and real estate industries.

She joins from Fox Rothschild.
