Diane E. Vuocolo has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in the litigation department and bankruptcy and restructuring group, the firm said Wednesday.
Vuocolo, who joins from Greenberg Traurig, advises clients in corporate workouts, business reorganization, loan restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation matters, according to Ballard Spahr.
She represents financial institutions, bankruptcy trustees, debtors, majority shareholders, secured creditors, and trade creditors, said the firm.
