Melissa Leonard has rejoined BakerHostetler as a partner in the business practice group and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team in the Cleveland office, the firm said Thursday.
Leonard, who previously practiced at BakerHostetler from 1995 to 2021, most recently served as the executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Lordstown Motors Corp.
She has experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt finance, corporate governance, distressed business situations, and general corporate matters, according to BakerHostetler.
