BakerHostetler Recruits Pair of Litigation Partners in Dallas

Jason Cross and Preston Enoch joined BakerHostetler as partners in Dallas in its litigation practice group, the firm announced Monday.

Cross represents clients in complex commercial disputes in US courts and in international arbitration, handling matters from pre-suit strategy through trial and final resolution. He handles cases involving breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets, unlawful competition, defamation and other business torts, the firm said.
