Edward McAndrew has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in its digital assets and data management practice group in Philadelphia and Wilmington, Del., the law firm said Monday.
He will work with the privacy and digital risk class action and litigation as well as the digital risk advisory and cybersecurity teams, according to BakerHostetler.
McAndrew has been a cybercrime coordinator and national security cyber specialist for the Department of Justice, according to the firm.
He serves as co-chair of the comission on law and technology for the Supreme Court of Delaware, the firm said.
