BakerHostetler Hires Mitchell, Sullivan as Real Estate Duo

Jessica Mitchell and Landon Sullivan joined BakerHostetler as partners in its business practice group in Seattle, the firm announced Monday.

Mitchell advises clients in acquisitions and dispositions, complex developments and industrial, retail, and office leasing. She represents clients in banking, retail, technology, and professional services, the firm said.

Sullivan is a real estate transactional attorney who counsels clients on acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit projects, economic development incentives, leasing, and financing. He has advised on industrial, data center, retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, the firm said.

Mitchell joins from Summit Law Group. Sullivan joins from K&L Gates.
