Adam Nazette has joined BakerHostetler as a partner with the debt finance team in the business practice group in Cleveland, Ohio, the firm said Monday.
He works with financial institutions, credit funds, and private equity clients and their portfolio companies, according to BakerHostetler.
Nazette, who co-chaired the US debt finance practice at his previous firm, focuses on financing transactions, BakerHostetler said.
