BakerHostetler Adds Trio to Intellectual Property, Labor Teams

Susan Kayser, Timothy Payne, and David Diorio joined BakerHostetler as partners , the firm announced Wednesday. Kayser joins the firm’s intellectual property practice group in Washington, and Payne and Diorio join its labor and employment practice group in Chicago.

Kayser focuses her practice on trademark, advertising and copyright litigation, and complex matters for international and emerging brands in the fashion, consumer products, and technology industries, the firm said.

Payne’s practice covers a range of work visas, as well as green card and citizenship applications, for individuals and corporations, the firm said. He also advises and assists clients on immigration issues ...
