Tony Roehl, Lori Bibb, and Joe Holahan have joined BakerHostetler’s business practice group in Atlanta and Washington, the law firm said Thursday.
Roehl, who is based in Atlanta along with Bibb, will serve as the firm’s insurance transactions and regulatory team leader, according to BakerHostetler.
The team has experience advising the insurance industry on corporate and regulatory matters as well as mergers and acquisitions, BakerHostetler said.
