Cleve Glenn has joined BakerHostetler as a partner with the business practice group and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team and energy team in Houston, Texas, the firm said Tuesday.
Glenn advises middle market energy companies, private equity portfolio companies, family offices, and financial services companies on M&A and energy transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters, according to BakerHostetler.
He previously served as general counsel and chief financial officer of an energy services company, BakerHostetler said.
