BakerHostetler Adds FDA Partner Winston Kirton in DC Office

Winston Kirton has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the business practice group in Washington, DC, the law firm announced Wednesday.

Kirton joins from Winston & Strawn, where he led regulatory due diligence for private equity and M&A transactions involving entities regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, according to BakerHostetler.

He also helps companies navigate research and development, manufacturing and supply chain, commercialization, and corporate compliance rules and requirements, the firm said.
