BakerHostetler Adds Carlson as Partner to Los Angeles IP Group

Erik Carlson has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the intellectual property group and member of the patent litigation team in Los Angeles, the firm said Monday.

He focuses his practice on medical products and medical diagnostics patent cases, according to BakerHostetler.

Carlson has represented clients in the US District Courts and the US Patent and Trademark Office as well as appeared before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the International Trade Commission, BakerHostetler said.
