Salomon Sassoon has joined BakerHostetler as a partner in the business practice group and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Sassoon focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, investment transactions, corporate finance, and representation of operating businesses, according to BakerHostetler.
He works with private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices and their portfolio companies on dispositions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, financings, and in securities and corporate governance matters, said the firm.
