Baker McKenzie Recruits Ligeia Donis as Partner to Tax Practice

Ligeia Donis joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its tax practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Donis’ practice focuses on employment benefits and compensation tax-related matters, including issues related to employment tax, information reporting, and employee benefit rules, the firm said.

She represents clients in IRS audits and appeals, and assists clients with IRS compliance, tax controversy and dispute resolution, and voluntary disclosures.
