Dirk Horcher joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its global mergers and acquisitions practice in Munich, the firm announced Thursday.
Horcher specializes in M&A transactions, public takeovers, post-merger integrations, corporate reorganizations, and corporate successions, the firm said.
He joins from Linklaters.
