Kelly is a trial attorney who brings nearly two decades of experience counseling and leading clients through every stage of litigation. He has managed numerous significant disputes involving publicly traded or privately held companies in commercial disputes with material damages demands, and he has deep experience with high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional patent and trade secret disputes involving complex technologies.
