Baker McKenzie Lands Former DOJ Antitrust Enforcer in NY (1)

Baker McKenzie is expanding its antitrust and competition practice with the addition of Jeffrey Martino, a Big Law partner and former chief of the DOJ antitrust division’s New York office.

Martino, who the firm hired from BakerHostetler, will co-lead Baker McKenzie’s global cartel task force at a time when antitrust is projected to become a growing enforcement priority under the Biden administration.
