David Kim has joined Baker McKenzie & KL Partners Joint Venture Law Firm as a partner in Korea, the firm said Friday.
Kim represents multinational corporations, government entities, and defense contractors in commercial disputes related to construction, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, and intellectual property, according to Baker McKenzie.
He joins from Lee & Ko where he led the international construction dispute resolution practice group, said the firm.
