Miju Damodar joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its banking and finance practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Damodar advises companies and financial sponsors on global financing transactions. His practice focuses on debt financing deals, including leveraged and acquisition financings, restructurings, fund level subscription and portfolio-based financings, asset-based financings, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
