Steven Sandretto has joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Sandretto has experience with US and cross border transactions, particularly involving Brazil, Mexico and other parts of Latin America, according to Baker McKenzie.
He advises clients on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, bank financings, liability management transactions, and general corporate and securities matters, Baker McKenzie said.
