Chris Milliken joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the firm announced Monday.
Milliken advises on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, financing, and capital markets transactions in Vietnam and across the Asia Pacific. He represents banks, private equity firms, private buyers, and sellers in public deals and large-scale M&A and complex, cross-border structured investments, the firm said.
He joins from Freshfields.
