Kevin Whittam has joined Baker McKenzie in the transactional practice in the New York office, the firm said Monday.
Whittam advises financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and private equity funds in connection with domestic and global bank finance transactions, Baker McKenzie said.
He joins from Weil, Gotshal & Manges, according to the firm.
