Justin Becker has joined Baker McKenzie as a partner in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Monday.
Becker, who adds to the firm’s IP litigation capabilities, has experience with trade remedy proceedings and investigations before the US Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission, according to Baker McKenzie.
He also advises clients on national security, international trade compliance, and other international legal issues, said the firm.
