Sung Woo Lim joined Baker McKenzie & KL Partners Joint Venture Law Firm as a partner in Seoul, the firm announced Sunday.
Lim represents leading Korean companies and multinationals in cross-border joint ventures, finance and capital markets, sale of goods, supply contracts, franchise agreements, product liability, construction and energy projects, maritime, shipping and aviation, intellectual property, sports, and international treaties, the firm said.
