Georgia Magno has been named chief legal officer of Baker Hughes, effective Jan. 1, the company said Tuesday.
Magno, who previously served as vice president and general counsel for Baker Hughes’ industrial and energy technology business segment, will be responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and compliance functions, according to Baker Hughes.
Before joining Baker Hughes, Magno was an international litigator with law firms Cleary Gottlieb and Weil Gotshal, said the company.
