Baker Donelson Taps HHS’s Amanda Copsey as Health Shareholder

Amanda Copsey joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in its health law group in Baltimore, the firm announced Monday.

She joins from the Health and Human Services Department’s Office of Inspector General. At HHS, she provided legal analysis for advisory opinions on the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute and worked with government partners to evaluate the compliance risk of health-care arrangements.
