Baker Donelson Taps Davis Butler as Corporate Group Partner

Davis Butler joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in its corporate group in Atlanta, the firm announced Tuesday.

Butler focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private securities offerings. He advises boards of for-profit and not-for-profit companies and serves as outside general counsel for small to medium-sized corporate entities, focusing on health care, professional services, industrial, and sports entities, the firm said.

He joins from Butler Mersereau.
