Brian Malcom has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the financial services litigation and compliance group, the firm said Wednesday.
Malcom has represented health care providers in complex litigation and defended clients in product liability and commercial litigation disputes, said Baker Donelson.
He has previously served as a law clerk in the US Senate for Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) on the Subcommittee on Administrative Oversight and the Courts, according to the firm.
