Richard L. Pensinger joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in its real estate practice in Nashville, the firm announced Tuesday.
Pensinger represents clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on the wireless telecommunications industry. He has represented a wireless telecommunications provider in the development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of network real estate assets throughout the country, the firm said.
He joins from K&L Gates.
