James Roberts joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in its corporate restructuring and bankruptcy group in Birmingham, Ala., the firm announced Wednesday.
Roberts represents and advises major lending institutions, investors, and borrowers on commercial loan restructurings, bankruptcies, workouts, and commercial foreclosures. He also works on secured and unsecured lines of credit, the firm said.
He joins from Burr & Forman.
