Theresa M. Sprain has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the labor and employment group in Raleigh, N.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Sprain, who previously practiced at Womble Bond Dickinson, represents businesses in labor and employment litigation and offers counsel to clients in the manufacturing, technology, health care, and retail industries, according to Baker Donelson.
She also has experience with conducting internal investigations on behalf of employers related to harassment, misconduct, and discrimination claims, said the firm.
Sprain is joined in her move by associate Destiney Parker-Thompson.
