Baker Donelson Recruits Bankruptcy Shareholder in New Orleans

Joseph P. Briggett has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the New Orleans office, the firm said Thursday.

Briggett’s commercial practice spans bankruptcy and restructuring, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, transactions, loan documentation, and corporate law, according to Baker Donelson.

He also has litigation experience in federal and state trial courts regarding breaches of contract, property disputes, corporate governance, breaches of fiduciary duty, admiralty, and banking law, said the firm.
