Valerie G. Henderson has been named the managing shareholder of the Houston office of Baker Donelson, the firm said Thursday.
Henderson focuses on commercial disputes, insurance defense, and consumer-related litigation, according to Baker Donelson.
She assumes the role from Bradley E. Chambers. He will now chair the newly created logistics, energy, and manufacturing litigation group, Baker Donelson said.
