Robert J. Higdon Jr. and John David Koesters joined Baker Donelson as shareholders in its government enforcement and investigations group in Raleigh, the firm announced Tuesday.
Higdon led federal law enforcement efforts across eastern North Carolina as US Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, overseeing cases involving national security, cybercrime, public corruption, financial fraud, health care fraud, violent crime, and drug offenses. His private practice includes representing corporate and individual clients in investigative and white-collar matters and conducting internal investigations for corporations operating in heavily regulated industries.
