Baker Donelson Adds Halaiko, Moylan to Health Law, Data Groups

Michael Halaiko and Alexandra Moylan have joined Baker Donelson as shareholders with the firm’s health law group and its data protection, privacy and cybersecurity team in Baltimore and Washington, the firm said Tuesday.

Halaiko, who provides guidance to life science companies and clinical research organizations among others, navigates clients through complex AI, privacy, and data protection issues. He also acts as outside general counsel for companies, advising on risk management, employment, and litigation matters.
