Daniel Rodgers has joined the financial services transactions group at Baker Donelson as a shareholder in New Orleans, La., the firm said Thursday.
Rodgers focuses on transactions in the shipping and offshore industries, according to Baker Donelson. He advises financial institutions and corporate borrowers in domestic and international commercial transactions with asset-based lending matters as well as works with clients on structured financings, lease financings, and US capital markets transactions.
He served as a partner at Watson Farley & Williams in New York, Baker Donelson said.
