Stephen Luttrell has joined the Baltimore office of Baker Donelson as a corporate group shareholder with a focus on the energy industry, the firm said Monday.
Luttrell counsels clients on environmental, energy, and commercial transactions, and guides companies through environmental aspects of commercial transactions, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation issues, according to the firm.
He advises on federal and state solid and hazardous waste laws, the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and various environmental and land use permitting programs, the firm said.
