Kevin Baltz joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in its commercial litigation group in Nashville, the firm announced Tuesday.
Baltz litigates complex commercial disputes in various industries, including real estate, health care, manufacturing, construction, and finance, the firm said. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums.
He joins from Butler Snow.
