Scott Bowers has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder with the corporate group in Raleigh/Research Triangle, N.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Bowers concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial real estate development, and renewable energy project development and finance, according to Baker Donelson.
He often works with the medical device manufacturing, industrial commercial real estate development, renewable energy project development, and logistics software development industries, Baker Donelson said.
