Matt Jacobs joined Baker Botts as a partner in its white collar and litigation practices in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Jacobs represents public company boards, executives, and businesses in anti-corruption, fraud, and government investigations. He focuses on complex white-collar matters, cross-border investigations, and high-profile cases that impact reputation and business operations, the firm said.

He will also chair the office’s litigation practice.
